Over a period of years, the company's founder, Tal Levanon, developed and perfected a unique, mathematically-based method of analyzing project schedules, called the Hidden Critical Path (HCP) method (patent pending, US PTO serial no. 11/361,809). The HCP Method reveals critical information hidden deep within Gantt-type project schedules – information which is invaluable for dramatically improve the planning, evaluation, execution and control of any project.
Beginning in 2009, HCP began offering detailed analysis reports of project schedules to project managers, schedule experts, contractors, asset owners and construction claims attorneys, worldwide. These professionals can now upload a Primavera or MS Project schedule file to HCP via its Web site and, within days, receive a Deep Schedule Analysis with an unprecedented wealth of critical management intelligence.
Tal Levanon is an expert project schedule consultant, and developer of the patent-pending Hidden Critical Paths method of analyzing and improving project schedules. As founder and principal of consulting firm HCP Project Management Consulting, she has implemented her unique methodology to assess and improve project schedules for more than 50 large infrastructure and construction projects, including highways, bridges, tunnels, railroads, factories, sports stadiums and office towers.
Mrs. Levanon holds a masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University (Israel) and is an accredited PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP). She taught project management for three years in the Engineering Department of Tel Aviv University and has lectured in the Civil Engineering department of Ben-Gurion University (Israel).
